Hosting Technical Support

Do you have experience providing technical support for web hosting? Want to work from anywhere? microsafi has a position for you!

We are seeking a technical customer support representative for our hosting business. This is a part-time, work from home position. Applicants should be dedicated, self motivated and knowledgeable. We are seeking 2-6 hours of customer support on a daily basis in the form of answering tickets, live chat, assisting customers with basic hosting needs and assigned duties.
